A winding road through the hills and fields of the Scottish Borders

Contact and enquiries

Start with a conversation.

Tell Mark what you are interested in, when you are visiting and who will be travelling. He can help you choose or shape the right day — even if your idea is still only a name, a photograph or a half-formed question.

Plan the right day

A useful first message can be brief.

Share the dates you have in mind, the size of your group and the story, family or landscape that brought you here. Mark will reply by email to discuss availability, route, pace and practical details.

Bookings

Once the route and plans are agreed, bank-transfer details will be supplied with the confirmation. A date is confirmed only after payment has been received and the final confirmation email has been sent.

Small groups

Most days are planned for a small private group, with the route shaped around the people travelling and the places you want to understand.
